Contact
How to reach Bingo Card Lab: there is no contact address yet, so this page explains where one will appear and how to solve common problems yourself in the meantime.
We have not published a contact e-mail address yet. As soon as one is set up it will be shown right here, on this page, and nowhere else first. Until then there is no other channel, and no one claiming to be us will ask you for payment details: the site has no accounts and takes no payment today.
Corrections
If a theme has a wrong or misspelled word, a card prints badly, or a number range looks off, note the page address and what you expected, and send it once a contact address is listed above. Word lists are corrected once in the data, which fixes every card and page that uses them at the same time.
Printing problems
If a printout looks wrong, check the print preview first: set the scale to 100% or "fit to page". Most layout problems come from the printer dialog, not from the cards.
Long words shrink to fit their square, and very long items can wrap onto two lines. If an item still looks cramped, shorten it in the word box before you print, or pick a smaller grid: a 4x4 or 3x3 card has bigger squares than a 5x5 card on the same sheet.
Theme requests
Missing a list your class, club or party needs? Requests for new themes, sight-word sets or number ranges can be sent once a contact address is listed above. The lists leave out brand, film, television and character names on purpose, so requests for those cannot be added. You can always paste your own words into the generator and print them today.
Pro and the early-access list
Pro is stored in the browser where it is switched on, because the site has no accounts. To be removed from the early-access list, or to ask what it holds about you, write to us once an address is listed above and include the e-mail address you entered.
Before you write
Many questions are answered on the pricing page (what is free and what Pro adds), in the privacy policy (what is and is not stored) and in the terms of use (how the cards may be used). Please do not send personal or sensitive information that is not needed to answer your question.
